Step:1 Draw Mouth
So guys here is the first step to draw this Venusaur Pokemon drawing. In this tep first if all you have to draw the mouth if the character. So first of draw a rough bucket type a wider one as you can see above and then make a wavy/curvy line in the middle after that make four pointed teeth type structure on the four vertices or on the end points of the structure of his mouth.
Step:2 Draw Eyes
So guys here is the second step to make this drawing in the previous step you made the mouth of the character in. This step you have to draw the eyes and some part of the mouth of the character. So first of all look at the picture above see the lines in his mouth and draw those after that fir the eyes you will make the two semicircles slanting and inside those semicircle make another semicircle and inside the second semicircle draw a very small semicircle for the pupil of the character.
Step:3 Draw Ears
So guys here is the third step to make this drawing. In the previous step we made some part of the mouth of the character and his eyes. In this step we have to make the ears of this character. So as you can see draw the ears like the right angles triangles in the bouth sides of the character and after that in the middle draw the leaf type structure in his head and forehead.
Step:4 Draw Legs
So guys here is the fourth step to make this drawing. In the previous step we made the ears of the character, in this step you have to draw the cute little legs of this character. So his legs are a bit wide and small, draw the legs from the image shown above and then make the three three nails in each if the leg as shown in the image above
